Coastal crapshoot pays off!

Headed over to Florence with the wifey on Wednesday. Took the whip and hit up the park for the first time after the no bikes ban has been lifted. Rode there once before on a 4th of July briefly but that was it. Funny but there were more bmxers than skaters by almost two to one. Glad the locals can ride there legit now. Weather on the coast is always a crapshoot this time of year but we got lucky, only partly cloudy and little wind. Made for a good session.

A few months back Shad Johnson and a few other PDX riders came out and sessioned the Hate ramp. One of those riders was a young ripper named Codie Larson. Codie is now on Sputnic. Check this edit of him killing some of the Portland parks. Big ups to the first Eugene rider that can correctly name all three parks he's shredding.

Skatepark Survey!

Feedback for the new design is due by the end of the day Sunday Jan 17th. Check out the design F videos a couple posts back and fill out the survey HERE! Might want to request pool coping be limited to the kidney bowl and maybe the clam shell because it is likely to end up in the deep bowl. You might know this if you showed up! Andy and I were the only BMXers representing! Sad.
